The minister was addressing a seminar on "Pilot project for designing ideal national special data infrastructure (NSDI)" in a city hotel, organized jointly by the ministry of defense, survey of Bangladesh and JICA, reports BSS. Laying importance on artificial intelligence, big data and IoT to face the challenges of future technologies, he said value of geo-special data is unlimited for sustainable development of the country. Mentioning that at present special data is being prepared and used by different organizations in scattered ways, Jabbar said all data should be stored in a platform through NSDI which would also help to escape data duplicity.
